2024 European Orchestra Camp

AFA Goes to France!

Atlanta Festival Academy is delighted to announce our first-ever overseas trip in celebration of our 5th Anniversary! This nine-day all-inclusive orchestra camp will take place in France’s beautiful and historic Loire Valley.

With its enchanting landscapes, magnificent castles, and famous wineries, and nicknamed “The Garden of France”, the Loire Valley was the favorite destination of French nobility due to its exquisite natural beauty, bountiful hunting, and lush vineyards.

AFA’s 2024 European Orchestra Camp will take place at the historical Chateau Selles-Sur-Cher and will be led by world-class musicians such as French conductor Maestro Henry Cheng and Chinese-Italian virtuoso violinist Simon Zhu. Students will perform several times, including a concert on French National Day in front of hundreds of local residents and tourists. This incredible opportunity to explore the richness of French music, architecture, and day-to-day life in the heart of France will be an unforgettable experience that you won’t want to miss!

SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP OFFER TO SELECTIVE INSTRUMENTS (VIOLA, CELLO, & BASS)! Apply and get accepted by March 31, 2024, and AFA will give you a $1000 scholarship!

It’s a valuable safeguard that provides peace of mind for both students and their families throughout the tour.
